What CoachBot does

CoachBot is provided by Unity Sport & Wellness Limited (company no. 16393126), 16 Windlesham Gardens, Brighton, BN1 3AJ (“we”).

CoachBot helps tennis coaches manage bookings, payments and lesson recaps over WhatsApp. It drafts messages to your clients, which you approve unless you have switched on automatic sending for that kind of message.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the messages sent from your WhatsApp number, including any you set to send automatically.
• Only add clients who have agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp, and follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
• For players under 18, record a parent or guardian as the contact.
• Keep your Google, WhatsApp and bank connections secure, and disconnect them if you stop using CoachBot.

Your data

You own your client data. CoachBot processes it on your behalf as described in the privacy notice. You can export or delete any client's data from their page in the dashboard at any time.

Payments

Money from clients goes straight to your own bank account or Stripe account. CoachBot never holds your money. Bank connections are read-only: CoachBot can see incoming payments but cannot move money.

Availability and changes

CoachBot is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will never be unavailable or make mistakes. Check important messages before approving them. We may change these terms; we'll tell you before any change that affects you.
